Zendesk Version 1 API

The Zendesk Migration Utility was redeveloped against version 2 of the Zendesk API and as a result new capability was introduced to take advantage of the v2 API features.

Also some of the capability in the previous release became redundant with the introduction of the new API.

This topic includes the the user instructions that cover the use of the Zendesk Migration Utility immediately prior to the v2 API release.
