Analyzing the Error Information Post Completion

Should the migration utility encounter any errors during the running of a migration or import, information about the errors encountered is presented once the operation has completed.

Review the Import Summary Information

Once a migration operation is complete, the Zendesk Import Summary provides a count of the number of warnings and errors encountered during attempts to import each type of item, along with a detailed description of the reason or cause of the error.

Analyze the Import Details

The Zendesk Import Details report provides a description and reason that the migration utility failed to import an item.
